If you're having issues with the 9Now app on your Samsung TV it could be because you don't have the latest version of the app.
To update the 9Now app please follow the steps below.
2014 models
1. Press the Menu button your remote.
2. Select Smart Hub > App Settings.
3. Select Auto update.
4. Select On.
2015+ models
1. Press the Menu button your remote.
2. Select Smart Hub > App & Game Auto Update.
3. Select On.
