How do I complete my profile?

9Now has new Terms of Use to reflect how the 9Now Service has changed and how we now personalise your experience on 9Now.  

If you haven't completed your 9Now profile you will be asked to complete it. A banner will appear at the top of the homepage. When you see it please tap on 'Edit Profile':

 A message will also appear over the video player, please tap on 'Complete Profile':

Complete any missing fields in your profile. For example, Postcode, Gender or Date of Birth:



Then tap on 'Update Profile'. You should then see the message 'Your Nine account has been updated':


To continue watching 9Now, close your profile by tapping the ‘X” in the top right corner.
