How do I verify my 9Now account?

To access 9Now you need a valid email account to login and watch content.

Once you create your account, we require you to verify your email address. 

Validating your email address will make sure your account is secure and that emails from Nine are sent to your correct address.

When you complete the steps to create your account, you will receive an email to verify your address. 

You will need to do so, before you can log in.

Please check your email inbox for the verification email and click on 'Verify your email' to complete the process:

 

If you can't find the email please check your junk/ spam inbox or check with your organisation's spam policy.

Verifying Via 9Now Web

Once you sign up via www.9Now.com.au (To create a nine account click here) you will receive an email asking you to verify your account.  Click on the 'Verify your email' button, within the email, to complete the email verification process. 

Once you have completed this step you are able to start watching all the amazing content on 9Now.

 

Verifying Via 9Now App

Once you sign up using the 9Now App you will receive an email asking you to verify your account.  Click on the 'Verify your email' button, within the email.  You will land on the below page:

 

 

Select 'Continue to 9Now App' if you have the app installed on your device, log in and start watching content, or select 'Continue to 9Now Web' to watch 9now content through your browser.

 

Unverified Account access

Please note you must verify your account in order to watch shows and live streams on 9Now or you'll receive the red banner message below asking you to verify before you can continue:
