What is the Video Quality selector?

On an mobile or tablet you can select the video quality selector. This will give you three options to choose from: High (HD), Medium (SD), and Low (SD). 

To access tap on the screen when a show is playing. A clog icon will appear:

You can then select the video quality you want. If you have a metered plan or a slow internet connection, selecting 'Medium (SD)' or 'Low (SD)' will reduce the data needed to play a video.

Note: The video quality selector does not guarantee a minimum video quality. All 9Now videos are streamed adaptively based on your internet connection. Selecting ‘High (HD)’ may result in a SD stream.
