Why can't I access my profile?

If you are redirected to 9Now’s Homepage when visiting your profile page, you may be geo-blocked from accessing your details. This may occur because of the following reasons:

You have a VPN active on your home or work network.

If you’re at home, you’ll need to disable VPN proxies in order to visit your Nine profile.

 If you are on a work network, we suggest contacting your IT department before making any network changes on your computer.

You are currently located outside of Australia.

 At the moment 9Now is only licensed to operate within Australia - should this change in the future we will definitely let you know. In the meantime, you’ll be geo-blocked from accessing your Nine profile page.
