At the moment you can’t change the email address you joined up with.
We recommend deactivating your current account and then creating a new account.
1. Log into your old 9Now account.
2. You will be redirected to the 9Now homepage. In the top right hand corner you should see your username.
3. Click on the drop down arrow and select 'My Profile'.
4. This will show your 'Profile Settings' at the bottom in red select 'Deactivate'. A message we appear, please select 'Deactivate my account'.
5. Then create your new account with your updated email by clicking here.
