Can I change my email address?

Yes, you can. To change your email address please follow the bellow steps:

Computer/ laptop:
1. Go to https://www.9now.com.au/

2. In the top right corner you should see your username with an arrow next to it. Click on the arrow and select 'My Profile'.

3. Your profile settings should come up, scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'change email'.

4. Follow the prompts to change your email address.

5. You'll then receive an email to verify your new email address. Please click on the link in the email. Once you click on the link in the email to verify your new email address you'll be re-directed to your Profile Settings. At the top you should see a message saying 'Your email has been updated'.

Mobile/ Tablet:

1. Open the 9Now app on your device.

2. Tap on the menu bar (the 3 horizontal lines) and select your username.

3. Your profile settings should come up, scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'change email'.

4. Follow the prompts to change your email address.

5. You'll then receive an email to verify your new email address. Please tap on the link in the email. Once you click on the link in the email to verify your new email address you'll be re-directed to your Profile Settings. At the top you should see a message saying 'Your email has been updated'.

 

*Please note if you previously had a TV/ TV device connected to your old email address you will have to re-activate it using your new email details.
