Troubleshooting for Chromecast

If you're having issues playing 9Now on your Chromecast device we would suggest performing a factory reset. For steps please click here.

If after doing this you still have issues please contact us and include a screenshot of your Chromecast settings. You can reach this page by opening your Google Home app and selecting your Chromecast device. In the menu bar that appears select 'Settings'. Please scroll down to the bottom of this page and screenshot it.
